Leslie DeChurch

Leslie A. DeChurch is an American academic and expert on leadership and team dynamics. She is Chair of the Department of Communication Studies at Northwestern University and holds a courtesy appointment in the Department of Psychology, Weinberg College of Arts & Sciences.
