These objectives will be pursued by analyzing how different authors and classical theories of sociology dealt with time, trying to grasp the formulations and the aspects that help us in this analysis. The project which is carried forward is an experiment in approaching the theme of modernity through its temporality: how modernity and/or modern social relations can be understood through their connection with time, or how they build a specific temporality that allows the emergence of a distinctively modern time. |
