Eight (8) key informants were also interviewed, and an observation check list as well as IDI guide was used to guide the research. From the finding of this study, it was identified that the major obstacles militating against effective utilization of ICT facilities for healthcare delivery in JUTH were poor implementation of e-health policy, poor maintenance culture, and lack of internet access, erratic power supply and inadequate utilization of ICT equipments in healthcare delivery. Notwithstanding, the study found that when ICT equipments are fully utilized for healthcare delivery, the gains will certainly outweigh the pains as ICT will reduce clinical errors, it will enhance collaboration among professionals and reduce patient waiting time and wastage. The study recommended that there should be creation of a greater awareness among the health workers and training health professionals to use the available ICT equipments as these will enhance quality healthcare delivery in the nearest future.
