Summary:This article draws on research conducted during teaching experiences at the School of Architecture at Universidad Andrés Bello in Viña del Mar from 2022 to 2023. It explores the integration of the gender perspective into urban planning and architectural education. Divided into three stages, it highlights the importance of studying and applying feminist theories, co-creating knowledge as a learning methodology, and exploring the street as a teaching space, emphasizing the need to break away from androcentric viewpoints to highlight the everyday experiences of women and diverse communities within urban contexts.
