Description
Summary:Аim: to show the clinical significance of nanomaterials in the diagnosis and treatment of acute pancreatitis.Key points. It was possible to develop nanomaterials that improved the sensitivity of laboratory tests and the resolution of magnetic resonance imaging in the diagnosis of acute pancreatitis. The use of nanomaterials in the treatment of acute pancreatitis helps to relieve inflammation and reduce the degree of damage to the acinar cells of the pancreas. The use of nanoparticles can solve the problem of stable resistance of bacteria to antibacterial drugs.Conclusion. Nanomaterials have shown high efficacy and safety in numerous in vitro and in vivo (animal) experiments in the diagnosis and treatment of acute pancreatitis.
