Description
Summary:In this work, a remote data availability component was developed and validated as part of a fixed system for industrial monitoring and diagnostics. This system is designed to be implemented in the national industry and support predictive maintenance strategies. The solution is based on a platform that utilizes the ESP32 microcontroller for data capture, storage, and transmission via Wi-Fi to a server. On this server, software written in Python manages information and user accounts, while a web server provides internet access to the software, and a DNS server masks the IP address and assigns a domain name. The developed system underwent extensive testing, including verification of remote management of sensed data, user account administration, and adaptation to different screen types. The tests confirmed that the system meets the requirements for functionality, accessibility, and adaptability. The results validate the effectiveness of the system for industrial applications, demonstrating its capability to handle data remotely and ensure proper storage and visualization.
