| Summary: | The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of institutions on the state of health of the child, not only in terms of the learning environment, but also in the circumstances of the specific situation of social interaction which is accompanied by objectification and the medical approach. For this purpose, the regional medical statistics have been used which show the health of pupils in childcare centres and the results of observations conducted in the Kaliningrad region orphanages.
