Notable findings at autopsy include left ventricular hypertrophy, left capsuloganglioninc bleed and atherosclerotic changes in the coronary arteries. This case report highlights the risks of recreational sildenafil use, especially when combined with alcohol, and underscores the need for pharmacovigilance and public awareness. |
