description Patients with seizure disorders are prone to sustain posterior shoulder dislocations. Atraumatic bilateral anterior dislocations have rarely been described in the literature. We describe a case report of a 30-year-old male with a known case of seizure disorder who presented with bilateral anterior shoulder dislocation with fracture of greater tuberosity. The diagnosis was made and was reduced immediately. Three months postinjury, the patient showed a good prognosis with near normal range of movements of the bilateral shoulder.
