Brain plasticity associated with prolonged shooting training: a multimodal neuroimaging investigation from a cross-sectional study
Published 2025-02-01“…BackgroundAlthough training has been recognized as a potential contributor to neuroplasticity in athletes, the impact of prolonged shooting training on human brain plasticity remains unclear in the existing literature.MethodsIn this cross-sectional study, we used a multimodal neuroimaging analysis, including the analysis of functional blood oxygenation level-dependent (BOLD) magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) images, structural T1-weighted MRI images, and diffusion MRI images, to systematically identify differences between elite shooters and normal controls.ResultsThe results showed that compared to male normal controls, male elite shooters had higher regional homogeneity (ReHo) in the frontal lobe, parietal lobe, precuneus, thalamus, and cingulate gyrus, as well as higher functional connectivity between the medial frontal cortex (MedFC) and temporooccipital middle temporal gyrus (toMTG). Male elite shooters also showed higher cortical thickness in the right inferior temporal lobe; lower fractional anisotropy (FA) values in the right superior longitudinal fasciculus (SLF), right inferior fronto-occipital fasciculus (IFF), and right anterior thalamic radiation (ATR); lower axial diffusivity (AD) value in forceps minor and left ATR; and lower structural connectivity between right putamen and right inferior parietal cortex (IPC), right IPC and right paracentral cortex, and right paracentral cortex and right superior parietal cortex (SPC).ConclusionElite male shooters exhibited optimized resting-state functional activity, functional connectivity, and morphological features compared to normal controls. …”

Can the new model of shared property rights promote better corporate financial performance in China?
Published 2025-02-01“…To take full advantage of the new shared property rights institution, enterprise managers should set the implementation period at a reasonable length (5 to 10 years, based on our study results). Enterprises can also test two or more simultaneous approaches that account for the specific needs of each category of workers, based on a careful examination of their current situation and expected or desired future situations.…”

Characteristics and association mechanisms of the transition between dominant morphology and recessive morphology of rural settlements
Published 2025-01-01“…The mutation point of recessive morphology appeared in Dongli District, Jinnan District and Beichen District around 2005, while it in Xiqing District appeared between 2000 and 2005. (2) The coupling coordination between dominant and recessive morphologies of rural settlements in Tianjin has gone through three stages: low coupling coordination, medium coupling coordination and basic coupling coordination, and the coupling coordination degree showed a decreasing trend from the four urban districts to five suburban districts and the Binhai New District. (3) From 1980 to 2000, the area, patch number and patch density of dominant morphology of rural settlements significantly affected the recessive morphology, while the patch number, per capita area and cohesion index from 2000 to 2010, and the index of cohesion index, per capita area and landscape shape index from 2010 to 2020 were also impactful. [Conclusion] The research results of this paper can provide scientific basis for optimizing the recessive morphology by adjusting the dominant morphology of rural settlements, coordinating the evolutionary conflict between them, and realizing the transition and reconstruction of rural settlements.…”

Published 2025-02-01“…With the increase of j, the symmetry of these curves with respect to the imaginary axis in the complex plane is gradually broken for different s. We also discuss the energy and angular momentum fluxes across the black hole horizon under Robin boundary conditions, and probe the changes of the threshold parameter related to the superradiance in Robin boundary conditions with the symmetry breaking parameter and the spin parameter. …”
