“… هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة وجود مقومات التحول الرقمي، ودرجة وجود التحديات والمعوقات لهذا التحول في وزارة التربية الكويتية، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، والاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، وذلك من عينة الدراسة التي تكونت من (386) من العاملين في الوزارة، وقد خلصت النتائج الى تواجد مقومات التحول الرقمي المتعلقة بكل من الموارد البشرية والبنية التحتية في وزارة التربية الكويتية بدرجة متوسطة، كما بينت ارتفاع درجة تواجد المعوقات والتحديات التي تقف في طريق تحقيق هذا التحول، وأخيراً فقد بينت النتائج عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين إجابات أفراد العينة حول درجة وجود مقومات التحول الرقمي، ودرجة وجود التحديات والمعوقات لهذا التحول في وزارة التربية الكويتية، والتي تُعزى إلى متغيرات: النوع، والجنسية، وعدد سنوات الخبرة. …”
